PC-EYE ADVANTAGES
Remote-Monitoring with MPEG Streaming Video
- PC EYE 3 analyses and sends over the Phone
lines/Network/ISDN only the updated pixels
of the frame. That means that you really
can see a bird flying over a regular phone
line.
- While you watch, the On-Site computer is
still active and keeps recording all the
Events.
- And the Off-Site PC also stores your session:
Every 2 seconds a frame is captured. That
makes it easy to replay and show the people
what you saw.
Other OffSite Capabilities:
- Set the Relays ON/OFF; Open Doors, Gates,
etc.
- Retreive the Pictures
- Reboot the Computer
- Change the Settings
- Control the PTZ Cameras
Optical Motion Detection Software
- PC EYE 3 automatically turns any camera into
a motion activated video source. The user
sets is target zones, sensitivity, # of pictures
to be taken.
- Multiple Zones Capability: You have two doors
in the room? No problem just paint your zones
the doors and only the Incoming or Outgoing
Traffic will be captured
- Easy testing: While you draw the zones, you
can check in real-time the Sensitivity of
the Zones.
Easy Search of the Pictures
- Click on the Camera name, Input the time
and day of the event and a movie band will
be displayed with the thumbnail of the pictures.
- You will just have to click to have a full
view, save, print or e-mail-it.
Low Maintenance
- PC EYE 3 is self-maintained. The computer
will schedule cleaning and system check task
automatically. These tasks are defined during
set up.
- Minimum hard Drive Space Check:
- Maximum number of days of storage per camera.
Network Capabilities/UDP/IP Messaging
- PC EYE 3 will work on any network. This will
allow different levels of access and let
users monitor their offices, warehouses,
distribution docks, etc.
- Each computer can be access by its own IP
address.
- You can also set up the system to send you
a video stream over the network. You need
to have the Video Client software running
on your PC then a window will Pop Up with
the Video of the intruder.
PTZ/Dome Controls
- PC EYE 3 gives you the options to control
PTZ cameras from any location. It is programmed
to accept different brands of PTZ/Dome cameras.
- Pelco 'D', Kalatel, Sanyo, SpeedDome, BURLE,
VCL Dome, Molynx, Gyyr,Computar CS 16.4P
and more to come...
Input Sensors/Output Relays
- The PC EYE Boards come with built-in
- The Relays can be setup to switch on a light,
lock a door or turn off a siren.
Voice Calls
- This new version has a very nice feature
were the computer can call you on your mobile
phone and give you by a pre-recorded message
that somebody has triggered your surveillance
system. You can store as much as 5 different
numbers.
Cash registers
- If you have a Cash Business, You can place
a camera over the Cash register and Take
a Picture each time there is a transaction
with an overlay of the receipt on the screen.
Portable
- Because of the size of the components of
PC-EYE, it can be moved and setup in almost
any location (particularly when used in conjunction
with a laptop). Makes it great for use at
a convention, trade show, hotel or temporary
location.
Easy Setup and Installation
- Within minutes, the user can have is system
up and running. These units are all plug
and play and do not require a high degree
of computer knowledge.
Easy UPGRADE
- The PC EYE Board comes with 8 Video Inputs,
but you can easily add another board to the
first one and Daisy Link them to 16, 24,
32, 48 etc... Up to 256 Cameras!
- We are building a site for 128 cameras right now and each Camera is triggered by an Alarm Input.

send the moving parts of the images.
- That means the bandwidth necessary for transmission
is very reasonable and as well the refresh
rate is incredible, It is like you were in
front of the Camera.

ALARMS INPUTS
4 -8 Alarm Inputs are available with the systems.
Usually it is connected to a dry contact sensor suck as a door, an air hose or a wireless Clicker.
This function can trigger an alarm, light, or panic button take a picture...

NETWORK SPECS:Average Video Packet size: 500Bytes. Packets per second: average 8-10 packets. The software uses Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation which allows the system to dynamically alter its frame rate according to the current bandwidth available. You can also limit the amount of bandwidth used for the system. |

Automatic Switchable Video Output On the Q8, you have one video output that is sequenced and can be programmed for each camera. The three other Video Output can be switched on automatically when an event occurs motion, alarm, etc... Or can be fixed on a specific video input. |
